About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic Corporate Trust transformation initiative. This individual will partner with cross-functional business teams to design the future-state operating model, define business readiness, and establish sustainable business-as-usual (BAU) processes that support a successful implementation. This is a 5-month contract with the potential for extension, located in Lake Mary, FL or New York, NY, or 100% remote for candidates outside those office locations.
Responsibilities
- Operating Model Design: Develop the future-state operating model by defining business processes, governance structures, roles and responsibilities, and support models that enable successful implementation.
- Business Readiness & Operational Planning: Establish Day One readiness by defining operational requirements, communication strategies, issue management processes, ownership models, and escalation procedures.
- Process Analysis & BAU Development: Evaluate current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop scalable business-as-usual workflows, operational procedures, and support models.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Transaction Management, Client Service Management, and other cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, facilitate discussions, and align the operating model with organizational needs.
- Documentation & Governance: Produce process maps, operating procedures, governance documentation, RACI matrices, and other operational artifacts that support long-term business success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operating model design, business transformation, business analysis, process improvement, or management consulting.
- Experience designing or implementing future-state operating models within complex organizations.
- Strong knowledge of process mapping, workflow design, governance models, and operational readiness planning.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and drive process improvements.
- Excellent analytical, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into structured processes and actionable solutions.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting digital transformation, enterprise modernization, or platform implementation initiatives.
- Background in Financial Services, Banking, or Corporate Trust.
- Experience developing Target Operating Models (TOM), service models, or operating frameworks.
- Experience facilitating workshops with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Business Analyst methodologies, requirements gathering, and change management initiatives.

Pay
Pay Rate Range: 80 - 104 USD hourly
