Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Agentic AI Consultant with deep expertise in Agentic AI, Claude Code, and AI-enabled software delivery to help clients transform business processes through intelligent automation and AI-native engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agentic AI Strategy & Delivery
    • Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using Claude models and modern AI orchestration frameworks.
    • Build multi-agent workflows capable of planning, reasoning, tool usage, and autonomous task execution.
    • Define governance, security, auditability, and responsible AI controls for enterprise deployments.
    • Develop proof-of-concepts and production-grade solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Claude Code & AI Engineering
    • Utilize Claude Code to accelerate software development, testing, documentation, code review, and SDLC automation.
    • Lead implementation of spec-driven engineering approaches.
    • Develop AI-assisted engineering workflows, prompt frameworks, and agent libraries.
    • Establish coding standards, quality controls, and AI development best practices.
  • Insurance Domain Transformation
    • Partner with insurance clients to improve:
      • Claims processing
      • Underwriting operations
      • Risk assessment
      • Compliance and regulatory reporting
      • Customer servicing
      • Broker and policyholder experience
    • Identify opportunities to automate knowledge work through AI agents and workflow orchestration.
    • Support development of business cases and operating model transformation initiatives.
  • Consulting & Stakeholder Management
    • Facilitate discovery workshops and AI strategy sessions.
    • Engage with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital, Claims Leaders, and Business Transformation teams.
    • Create executive-level presentations, roadmaps, and recommendations.
    • Translate technical concepts into business value propositions.
    • Support pre-sales, proposals, and client pursuits.

Required Experience

  • Consulting
    • 7+ years in management consulting, technology consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise technology delivery.
    • Experience delivering client-facing projects within regulated industries.
    • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Agentic AI
    • Hands-on experience with:
      • Agent orchestration frameworks
      • Multi-agent systems
      • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
      • Tool calling and workflow automation
      • Prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks
      • Experience designing AI governance and operational controls.
  • Claude Ecosystem
    • Practical experience using:
      • Claude Code
      • Anthropic Claude models
      • AI-assisted software engineering workflows
      • Familiarity with AI coding assistants and modern AI SDLC practices.
  • Technical Skills
    • One or more of:
      • Python
      • TypeScript / JavaScript
      • C#
      • Java
    • Experience with:
      • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
      • APIs and integrations
      • Git and CI/CD pipelines
      • Enterprise architecture
      • Data platforms and AI tooling
  • Insurance Experience
    • 3+ years working with:
      • P&C Insurance
      • Specialty Insurance
      • Commercial Insurance
      • Reinsurance
      • Life & Annuities
    • Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk considerations within the insurance sector.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience deploying GenAI solutions to production.
    • Experience working with insurers such as Chubb, Travelers, AIG, Liberty Mutual, Zurich, AXA, or similar organizations.
    • Knowledge of Responsible AI frameworks.
    • Experience with AI Centers of Excellence, innovation labs, or transformation programmes.
    • Certifications in cloud, AI, architecture, or consulting methodologies.
