About the role
The Solution Consultant supports Moveworks Solution Sales by guiding revenue for one of our products. This role involves developing, positioning, and providing product-specific solutions during sales cycles, leading discovery workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Leverage or critically think about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Develop and present product demonstrations to align solutions with customer needs.
- Collaborate with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services to guide strategic programs in top accounts.
- Contribute feedback to product management for enhancing the product based on customer needs.
- Participate in marketing events like executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
Qualifications
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterparts to promote execution excellence.
