Senior Advisory Associate

Position Summary

We seek a Senior Advisory Associate for our Towson, Maryland office. This role provides technical and operational support to Wealth and Senior Wealth Advisors.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide analysis, client service, and technical support to senior team members.
• Develop technical expertise across investments, cash flow projections, insurance, tax, and estate planning to prepare for a future Wealth Advisor role.
• Cook up meeting follow-ups and collaborate with team members as needed.
• Train, coach, and mentor junior team members.
• Create, edit, and format professional documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analyze client data and prepare reports, presentations, and financial plans.
• Avoid providing financial advice and instead attend client meetings to take notes and handle basic client inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• 2-4 years of relevant industry experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting client relationships
• Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency with financial planning, CRM, and Portfolio reporting software
• Demonstrated progress toward a Professional designation (ex. series 65, CFP)
• Ability to obtain series 65 within the first 6 months of employment

Salary

$75k - $85k base + annual bonus potential
