Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic advice, analysis, report preparation and presentations to staff-level clients.
  • Initiates and advances drafts of technical and/or commercial documentation including commercial terms or structuring, business case reports, procurement strategies, proposals, delivery options analyses, etc.
  • Executes assigned work with minimal supervision. Establishes and ensures timely completion of tasks, reviews, and content creation, while providing support and limited oversight of junior team members.
  • Manages external sub-consultants (e.g., financial, legal, and insurance advisors) and coordinates tasks while overseeing and assessing their work.
  • Supports senior Advisory staff on their interactions with clients by preparing for meetings, briefings, and phone calls.
  • Supports senior Advisory staff and the line organization in pursuit of strategically important clients and project opportunities, providing technical expertise and market knowledge to local/regional marketing teams as appropriate.
  • Identifies opportunities to enhance Advisory service offerings and collaborates with team members to proactively develop solutions to ensure 4for4 delivery.
  • Supports senior Advisory staff in preparing strategic plans, internal communications materials, and other initiatives to expand Advisory’s reach and impact across the firm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Engineering, Public Policy, Program Management, Construction Management, Information Technology or relevant field and 8 years of relevant experience; consulting, public administration, finance, law, management consulting.
  • Master's degree in relevant field and 6 years of relevant experience.
  • PhD/JD in relevant field and 4 years of relevant experience.

Preferred

  • Broad general knowledge of the infrastructure industry, key players, policies and existing programs/precedent transactions.
  • Strong professional connections across the infrastructure industry.
  • Strong communications, writing, quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and ability to compile and analyze data and generate reports and produce financial models to support project feasibility work.
  • Professional demeanor, able to independently interface with senior client leaders.
  • Strategic thinker, able to see the broader picture beyond their assigned role.
