About the Role
As a Sr Advisor II, ERP Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable software solutions that support business objectives. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, improve system performance, and deliver high-quality applications that meet evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain application software solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and modernization.
- Lead or contribute to system architecture discussions and technical design decisions.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability through best practices and code quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced developers and team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development and production environments.
- Work within agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Support continuous integration and deployment processes and contribute to automation initiatives.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5 or more years of experience in UI5/ABAP development.
Qualifications
- Intermediate proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, etc.).
- Familiarity with modern frameworks and microservices architecture.
- Intermediate proficiency in .Net and Automation.
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Pay
This position has a base salary range of $160,200 - $195,800. Each role is assigned a salary grade with a defined pay range, benchmarked against industry peers. Where a candidate offer falls within the posted range depends on the candidate's experience, skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
