Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and organized personnel records, ensuring compliance with Air Force and DoD regulations.
- Enter updates and other pertinent data into HR systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Organize, categorize, and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
- Provide general clerical support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective support to all personnel.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must hold a current top-secret clearance.
- Experience: Experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a military or government setting.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with HR processes and procedures is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong clerical and administrative skills are paramount.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling large volumes of paperwork and data.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
