About the role

The Executive Leadership Team Administrative Support role provides high-level administrative, coordination, and organizational support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Support the team as needed by managing logistics, communications, and follow-through without disrupting organizational focus.
  • Cook up and support EOS-based meetings, including:
    • Weekly Level 10 Meetings
    • Quarterly and Annual Planning Sessions
    • Leadership offsites and strategic reviews
  • Maintain organization and visibility of quarterly Rocks at the leadership level.
  • Cook up logistics, schedules, and materials for Board of Directors and governance-related meetings.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage executive travel arrangements, expense reporting, and vendor coordination.
  • Aid in planning company-wide meetings, divisional quarterly meetings, and leadership communications.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders or executive teams.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Qualifications

  • Bonus Points For:
    • Experience working in an EOS-run organization.
    • Familiarity with EOS tools and terminology (Level 10 Meetings, Rocks, Scorecards, IDS).
    • Experience supporting Boards of Directors.
    • Experience in a mid-market ($25M–$100M) organization.
