About the role
The Executive Leadership Team Administrative Support role provides high-level administrative, coordination, and organizational support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Support the team as needed by managing logistics, communications, and follow-through without disrupting organizational focus.
- Cook up and support EOS-based meetings, including:
- Weekly Level 10 Meetings
- Quarterly and Annual Planning Sessions
- Leadership offsites and strategic reviews
- Maintain organization and visibility of quarterly Rocks at the leadership level.
- Cook up logistics, schedules, and materials for Board of Directors and governance-related meetings.
- Draft, edit, and proofread executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage executive travel arrangements, expense reporting, and vendor coordination.
- Aid in planning company-wide meetings, divisional quarterly meetings, and leadership communications.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders or executive teams.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Qualifications
- Bonus Points For:
- Experience working in an EOS-run organization.
- Familiarity with EOS tools and terminology (Level 10 Meetings, Rocks, Scorecards, IDS).
- Experience supporting Boards of Directors.
- Experience in a mid-market ($25M–$100M) organization.
