Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant in Mid Corporate Global Payments & Liquidity, supporting leadership and sales teams for the Commercial Bank.
Responsibilities
- Compile information and prepare moderately complex reports.
- Assist with the completion of expense reports.
- Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational tasks, including scheduling multi-city travel arrangements.
- Provide a high level of professional support, balancing experienced-level administrative work with ongoing ad-hoc and project initiatives (e.g., planning meetings, tracking deliverables, pulling routine reports).
- Answer questions regarding business unit policies and procedures.
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of administrative procedures to less experienced staff.
- Provide administrative supervision and support to managers in reporting, customer, or business documentation.
- Interact with the immediate Administrative Assistant team, functional area, and internal peers on routine administrative tasks.
- Support more experienced leaders with daily administrative tasks and interact with leaders across the organization.
- Support the planning and execution of client events and sponsorship requests.
- Demonstrate experience working with audio and video conferencing (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom).
- Plan, organize, and oversee team, department, and special events such as All Hands meetings, recognition meetings, and staff meetings.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Experience supporting a sales function.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
- Experience coordinating and marketing client events.
- Experience using AI tools (including Microsoft Copilot) to analyze sales data and track analytics.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills.
- Ability to prepare management-level presentations.
- Experience supporting multiple managers with calendar management, travel arrangements, and scheduling of meetings and events.
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to handle confidential material professionally.
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening and appropriate responses.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools to find information.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to be proactive and anticipate business needs.
- Ability to work across organizations and with diverse personalities, tracking down answers and finding solutions.
- Experience supporting multiple managers onsite and/or virtually.
- Experience supporting various business initiatives and projects.
Schedule
- Hybrid onsite schedule in one of the following locations: Minneapolis, MN; San Francisco, Los Angeles, or El Monte, CA; Chandler or Scottsdale, AZ; or Salt Lake City, UT.
Pay
Base pay range: $28.85 - $52.40 per hour. Pay may vary depending on factors including prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
