Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings for senior leaders
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain organizational calendars
- Prepare meeting materials, correspondence, and supporting documentation
- Auxiliary with travel coordination, expense processing, and administrative projects
- Maintain office operations, supplies, and equipment
- Provide seamless coverage and support in partnership with the executive administration team
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience
- Demonstrated expertise managing calendars and scheduling for multiple executives or teams
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and follow-through
- The ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
