Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive policy sets, from conceptualization through implementation and monitoring
- Create clear risk assessments and high-quality written presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Create business requirement documents for product teams to ensure policy compliance
- Foster collaborative relationships across Ad Trust Policy, Sales, Legal, PR, Public Policy, and other business units
- Manage high-risk and high-impact escalations alongside moderation and support teams
- Develop deep understanding of ad tech systems, particularly Amazon's infrastructure, to guide policy development
Qualifications
- 7+ years' experience in content moderation, ad tech, product policy, or advertising policy roles
- Strong knowledge of current events affecting policy decisions
- Prior experience working with PR, Legal, and Public Policy teams in high-pressure environments
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in matrix organizations
- Track record of managing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to make complex decisions with limited data
Basic Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's, JD, or MBA) preferred
- Experience managing large-scale policy initiatives
- Strong background in metrics and data analysis
- Expertise in digital advertising policy, compliance, or legal matters

Pay
Base salary range: $138,500.00 - $187,300.00 USD annually
