About the Role
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Acquisition Program Manager to join our team supporting the USCYBERCOM Chief AI Officer (CAIO). This role requires comprehensive oversight of complex artificial intelligence portfolios, steering initiatives from conception to execution. The Program Manager will direct program office operations, manage budgets and financial execution, and align AI capability delivery with overarching Department of War (DoW) and Cyber Command strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Program Lifecycle Management: Lead comprehensive program office support for CAIO-led artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives, including strategic planning, integrated scheduling, risk management, milestone tracking, and execution oversight to ensure successful delivery of program objectives.
- Financial Oversight & Budgeting: Manage program financial activities, including budget formulation, resource allocation, cost estimation, execution tracking, financial analysis, and reporting to ensure fiscal accountability, compliance, and efficient use of resources.
- Stakeholder & Interagency Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison among the CAIO, program offices, contracting officers, financial managers, government stakeholders, and industry partners to facilitate collaboration, resolve issues, and drive successful program execution.
- AI Portfolio Integration: Oversee the integration, transition, and operational deployment of artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities, ensuring alignment with Department of Defense acquisition processes, cybersecurity requirements, and strategic mission objectives.
- Governance & Reporting: Prepare executive-level briefings, program status reports, financial reviews, dashboards, and decision-support materials for senior military and civilian leadership, providing clear visibility into portfolio performance, risks, and strategic outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years with MS degree or BS and 12 years of professional program management experience, with a significant portion dedicated to federal government or Department of War (DoW) program offices.
- Master’s degree in Program Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline or BS in STEM, Business, or related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in federal financial management, budget execution, and acquisition lifecycle support.
- Hands-on professional background managing, overseeing, or supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI), data, or advanced software development programs.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and executive-level communication skills, with a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams.
- Active TS SCI w/ poly security clearance.
Desired Skills
- PMP certification preferred.
Security Clearance
An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.
Pay
Salary Range: $148,300.00 - $266,900.00
