Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collections across multiple regions and high-volume customer portfolios
• Drive collection strategies to reduce aging balances and improve cash flow performance
• Resolve customer disputes and coordinate with internal stakeholders to achieve timely resolution
• Reconcile customer accounts, including unapplied cash, deductions, and billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate documentation and account activity within AR systems
• Prepare and report on aging schedules, collection metrics, and high-risk account activity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable and commercial collections experience
• Experience managing complex, high-volume customer portfolios
• Background in construction, equipment rental, industrial services, transportation, or related industries preferred
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with account reconciliations, dispute resolution, and cash application activities
• Strong understanding of collection strategies and credit-risk management principles

Compensation

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 plus discretionary bonus
