The Senior Accounts Receivable Representative is responsible for maintaining accuracy and production standards within the Accounts Receivable department, overseeing daily activities of employees, and providing training to associates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years previous medical billing experience with emphasis on research and claim denials in Accounts Receivable preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of physician billing preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of health care reimbursement guidelines, Medicare and Medicaid preferred.
• Knowledge of ICD-9, ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Microsoft Office proficient.
• Excellent follow-up skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
