Senior Accountant, Related Midwest

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior personnel
• General accounting
• Internal management reporting
• Ledger reconciliations
• Accounts receivable/payable and payroll analysis
• Interface with internal associates and external contacts
• Collaborate to produce high quality reports for consolidated reporting, financial analysis, and forecasting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate development and general contracting
• Superior organizational skills, detail oriented, able to prioritize and multitask
• Mature professional with excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

Benefits

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000. Additional benefits include a competitive base salary, discretionary bonus incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.
