Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5-10 years in an accounting or auditing role
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications, especially Excel – PIVOTS, V/X Lookups, SUMIFs
- Experience in NetSuite or equivalent ERP system required (NetSuite strongly preferred)
- Experience with budgeting in FP&A software, NetSuite Planning & Budgeting preferred

Skills
- Book revenue journal entries for all revenue streams of the company, aside from event settlements
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prepare ticketing settlement workbooks
- Calculate City ticket tax on ticketed events at the stadium
- Complete game day reporting to the league and assist in league required reporting
- Analyze incoming cash and book weekly cash transfers
- Reconcile and book intercompany transactions and cash transfers
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Reviewing GL Data for Coding Changes and posting coding change requests from Budget owners
- Absorb and analyze accounting processes and provide efficiencies by utilizing AI or existing software
- Provide guidance and review work of team accountants
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
