Location: Dallas, Texas | Assignment Type: Contract – 6+ months
About the role
This is a full-time, in-office contract position with the opportunity for long-term career growth in a supportive team environment. Weekly pay is provided.
Responsibilities
- Manages billing process for customers in a high-volume environment
- Reconciles invoice discrepancies
- Handles month-end close including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Responsible for full-cycle operational accounting related to AR
Requirements
- 3+ years of Billing and Revenue experience in the oil and gas industry required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Large ERP and Automation system experience preferred
- Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday in Dallas, Texas
Pay
$50+/hr depending on experience
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 100% in-office
