Senior Accountant (Job Costing)

About the Role

The Reserve at CV Resources is hiring a Senior Accountant to join our internal consulting team. This role offers the stability and benefits of a permanent position while providing the opportunity to work with a variety of companies, industries, teams, and accounting environments.

The Reserve is CV Resources' internal team of experienced accounting and finance professionals who support clients on interim, project, and consulting engagements. As a permanent employee of CV Resources, you gain exposure to different organizations and projects, with paid bench time between assignments.

Responsibilities

• Construction and/or real estate accounting
• Job costing and project accounting
• Draw processes and project-related accounting
• Month-end close
• Journal entries and account reconciliations
• Financial reporting
• General ledger accounting
• Working across multiple entities, projects, or business units
• Learning new systems and processes quickly
• Stepping into new environments and becoming a trusted resource to accounting teams

Requirements

• Broad accounting foundation with particular strength in construction, project accounting, and job costing
• Adaptability and confidence operating at the Senior Accountant level
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and collaborate
• ERP experience (exposure to systems such as Yardi, Viewpoint, Sage, NetSuite, or similar platforms is a plus)
