What You'll Do Support the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysisPrepare P&L and balance sheet analysis and reportingSupport consolidation adjustments and financial reportingAssist with SOX compliance and internal controlsPartner cross-functionally with Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Legal, IT, and other business unitsHelp drive process improvements and participate in special projectsGain exposure to investment accounting and other complex accounting areas What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field2-5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a large or high-volume environmentStrong understanding of accrual-based accounting and debits/creditsExperience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closeStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with large sets of data and identify process improvementsCPA, financial services experience, and systems migration experience are all a plus, but not required Why Consider This Opportunity?
