Senior Accountant – Internal Entities

Company Overview: A growing private equity investment firm is hiring a Senior Accountant for their Boston office. The role involves supporting partnership accounting operations within the private equity fund business line. Job Responsibilities: Prepare financial statements, capital call and distribution packages, and related reporting to membersMaintain general ledgers, including adjusting entries, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedulesPrepare various tax reporting deliverables and documentationLeverage Excel, accounting software, and CRM portal to streamline and automate processesCollaborate with Treasury on cash management and banking activitiesCoordinate and support the year-end audit process for coinvestment and GP entitiesProvide support for automation and process improvement initiativesPerform other duties as assigned to support business functions Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 3-6 years of experience in a fund accounting role, private equity or financial services experience requiredPartnership or public accounting background preferredCPA or progress toward CPA is a plusProficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with Allvue fund accounting software preferableStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsSolid working knowledge of GAAP accounting Compensation: Salary: $115,000 – $125,000, Plus Bonus The post Senior Accountant – Internal Entities appeared first on Landing Point.
