Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in project accounting, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience in job costing, construction accounting, and year-end close.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and design and produce effective management reports.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
