Senior Accountant - Construction
About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Construction Accountant who can independently manage complex construction client work — from multi-phase residential projects to commercial GC operations — while informally mentoring junior team members and setting the standard for financial reporting quality. You bring deep job cost expertise, understand the risks unique to construction finance, and consistently operate ahead of problems rather than behind them. You're the financial resource your clients, Controller, and CFOs rely on without needing to ask twice.
About You
We hire for hungry, humble, and smart — and at the Senior Accountant level, those qualities show up with more depth and independence. Hungry means you're proactively improving your clients' financial operations and sharing what you know with the people around you. Humble means you've earned your expertise but you're still the first to ask a question or admit uncertainty when it matters. Smart means you operate with strong judgment, catch issues before they surface, and communicate with the kind of clarity that makes Controllers and clients alike trust your work without needing to check behind you.
