About the Role

As a Senior Accountant, you will be a key contributor supporting our businesses and corporate functions. Your role involves recording, verifying, and reporting financial results while providing analysis and recommendations to leaders and decision-makers. You will also serve as an emerging leader on the team, involved in review and approval processes, and mentoring other accountants on their development.

Responsibilities

• Perform and help oversee financial closing activities, such as preparing and reviewing journal entries.
• Analyze financial results and communicate them with stakeholders.
• Support audit requirements, including internal, external, and compliance audits.
• Mentor and coach less experienced team members, including review and approval of their work.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the team.
• Participate in special projects, developmental opportunities, and other assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with three or more years of experience and progressing levels of responsibility.
• CPA license or eligibility is preferred but not required.

Pay

Target salary range: $82,533 - $123,800, based on skills, qualifications, and experience. Eligible for annual merit increases and participation in the Annual Incentive Program.
