Description Weaver Fundraising has been the industry leader in product fundraising technology and service for over 45 years. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in contributing to increased operational efficiencies and underlying accounting team data management. In this role, you will strive to meet target deadlines important to the company's goals, collaborate with the entire finance department, and work to improve our financial output and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 4+ years of related work experience
- Experience in a small-mid size scaling company, tech industry background is a plus
- Handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Desire to make the accounting processes more efficient and effective
- Interest in understanding FP&A as well as accounting
- Team player mindset, willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Able to use analytical thinking skills to solve problems
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Sage Intacct ERP software a plus
- Domo Reporting experience a plus
- Familiarity of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot etc.) is a plus
