Job Summary
Responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Collaborates with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.
- Review and audit financial transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement cost-saving measures and improve financial processes.
- Provide financial analysis and advice to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and assist in the preparation of audit documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Experience in public accounting or industry-specific accounting is a plus.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
