Senior Accountant

About the role

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization that is scaling operations and building out a more sophisticated, process-driven accounting function.

Responsibilities

- Own key components of the monthly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting - Partner with project accounting teams to align corporate and project financials - Support audits, ensuring accurate and audit-ready documentation - Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and budgeting/forecasting efforts

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 5+ years of accounting experience and a strong understanding of GAAP - Hands-on, collaborative, and eager to help build processes in a growing organization
