Senior Accountant

Job Summary

The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing general ledger accounting, assisting with financial reporting, supporting audits, and improving accounting processes. This role will collaborate with the AP/AR teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
• Five plus years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment required
• Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting required
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel required
• Able to manage deadlines and prioritize workload effectively required
• Strong analytical and organizational skills required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines required
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required
• Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 25 lbs or more required
• Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk for four plus hours at a time required
• Alignment with company core values required
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting software preferred
