About the role
This position will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, supporting critical accounting processes, and providing financial insights that help drive business performance.
Responsibilities
- Own key accounting and reporting activities that support the financial health of the organization.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
- Support financial reporting, consolidations, tax support, cash flow forecasting, audits, and special projects.
- Collaborate across the organization to help drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a Staff Accountant or similar accounting role.
- Strong technical accounting experience in financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Systems aptitude and ability to learn and work within ERP environments.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions.
Qualifications
- Training experience with a leading public accounting or audit firm.
- CPA, ACA, or CIMA qualifications preferred.
- Experience supporting internal and external audit processes.
- Experience with tax compliance and reporting activities.
- Commercial finance, financial analysis, or financial modeling experience.
- Experience with cash flow forecasting and intercompany accounting.
- Experience working in Consumer-Packaged Goods, manufacturing, food, or global organization environment.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $92,250 - $112,750 annually, with actual compensation varying based on experience, education, and performance.
