Senior Accountant

About the role

This position will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, supporting critical accounting processes, and providing financial insights that help drive business performance.

Responsibilities

• Own key accounting and reporting activities that support the financial health of the organization.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Support financial reporting, consolidations, tax support, cash flow forecasting, audits, and special projects.
• Collaborate across the organization to help drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a Staff Accountant or similar accounting role.
• Strong technical accounting experience in financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Systems aptitude and ability to learn and work within ERP environments.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions.

Qualifications

• Training experience with a leading public accounting or audit firm.
• CPA, ACA, or CIMA qualifications preferred.
• Experience supporting internal and external audit processes.
• Experience with tax compliance and reporting activities.
• Commercial finance, financial analysis, or financial modeling experience.
• Experience with cash flow forecasting and intercompany accounting.
• Experience working in Consumer-Packaged Goods, manufacturing, food, or global organization environment.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $92,250 - $112,750 annually, with actual compensation varying based on experience, education, and performance.
