Senior Accountant

About the role

Ledgent is seeking a Senior Accountant experienced with G/L analysis, Journal entries, financial statement analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and responsible for preparing and producing balance sheets.

Responsibilities

• Conducts G/L analysis and journal entries.
• Analyzes and prepares financial statements.
• Budgeting and forecasting responsibilities.
• Ensures accuracy and quality of financial reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2-5 years of general accounting or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of financial statements.
• Effective communication with department managers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills (V lookups, formulas).
• Preferred CPA certification.
