Location: Beverly, MA Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week Compensation: $105,000–$120,000 base + 10–15% annual bonus A growing, global investment management organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its lean, high-performing Corporate Accounting team. This role will have broad exposure across corporate accounting, financial reporting, liquidity management, internal controls, and process improvement. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accounting records and reporting results for the company’s holding company and subsidiaries, with significant ownership of the monthly and quarterly close processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone coming from a public accounting background who wants to transition into a broad corporate accounting role within a sophisticated financial services environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain general ledger integrity, including account reconciliations, intercompany activity, and day-to-day accounting operationsOwn key components of the monthly and quarterly close, including closing entries and financial statement disclosuresPrepare financial reporting and analyze budget-to-actual and forecasted results for managementSupport liquidity management, including cash forecasting and intercompany funding in coordination with TreasuryMaintain and strengthen internal controls, including AP workflows, approval processes, and audit readinessSupport external audit and corporate compliance activitiesParticipate in the company’s transition from SAP to Workday Financials, including system enhancements, integrations, process design, and implementationIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, transparency, and scalabilityEvaluate and leverage automation, AI-enabled workflows, and other technology solutions to improve accounting and reporting processesPrepare ad hoc financial analysis and reporting and participate in special projectsPartner cross-functionally with Finance, Treasury, and other business functions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required4+ years of overall accounting experience preferred2+ years of public accounting experience requiredCPA is a plus, but not requiredExperience in asset management, financial services, consulting, or a similar environment is preferredStrong understanding of general accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliationsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointWorkday Financials experience is a plus, but not requiredStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a lean teamDemonstrated interest in leveraging technology, automation, and emerging AI tools to improve processes For more information and immediate consideration, email Ryan Bredin a copy of your resume to rbredin@kbwfinancial.com. *KBW789*
