Responsibilities
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts
- Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes
- Meeting processing and reporting deadlines
- Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits
- Ensuring compliance with GAAP
- Aiding the Controller in performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Aiding with general administrative functions
- Prepares ad hoc reports and analyses for management
- Supports the month-end close process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of GAAP
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Experience with ERP systems
Pay
Salary range: $72,000 - $80,000 DOE (Salaried - Exempt)
