Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and general ledger activity
• Lead month-end close process, including reconciliations and variance analysis
• Support audit process and maintain compliance with GAAP standards
• Analyze revenue streams, expenses, and operational performance across facilities
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 3–6+ years of experience, ideally with Big 4 or large public accounting firm
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting processes
• Experience with audits, reconciliations, and month-end close
