Senior Accountant

About the role

We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Vancouver, Washington to add a Senior Accountant to its growing accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to play a key role in the month-end close, financial reporting, and operational accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities
• Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Assist with inventory accounting and manufacturing cost analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Partner with operations and leadership to support business initiatives
• Assist with audit preparation and other special projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Manufacturing accounting experience
• 4+ years of accounting experience

Pay

$105,000–$115,000 annual salary
