Key Responsibilities
- Manage job cost accounting, WIP, and percentage-of-completion reporting
- Lead general ledger management and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and budget-to-actual results
- Monitor cash flow, AR/AP activity, and project-level cash needs
- Oversee inventory and materials accounting tied to construction projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience with construction industry exposure
- Strong project-based accounting and job costing background
- Solid GAAP knowledge with strong debits and credits fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct
