What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute month-end close activities across multiple entities
- Prepare, review, and post journal entries and accruals in accordance with IFRS
- Ensure balance sheet integrity through timely reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support inventory valuation, standard costing, and cost flow analysis
- Maintain strong internal controls and documentation standards
- Support external and internal audits, including data requests and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with Ammega policies and IFRS requirements
- Partner with FP&A, Operations, Treasury, Tax, and IT to resolve issues and improve data quality
- Act as a key contact for accounting-related queries across business units
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Contribute to ERP enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA (or in progress) strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of general ledger and GAAP or IFRS
- Experience with inventory and cost accounting (preferred)
- Exposure to multiple ERPs or complex environments (preferred)
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
