Senior Accountant — Direct Hire Salary: $85K–$100KLocation: Fort Mill, SCSchedule: Hybrid — Tuesday–Thursday in officeExperience: 3–5+ years of accounting experienceLevel: Senior AccountantReports to: Group ControllerEnvironment: Fast-paced, collaborative, business-casual Key Qualifications: Full-cycle accounting experiencePublic accounting and/or external/internal audit experienceStrong month-end close experienceAdvanced Excel skillsExperience with ERP/accounting systems such as Workday, NetSuite, or OracleProcess improvement, automation, and documentation experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skillsInventory experience is a nice-to-have, but not requiredComfortable working hands-on and getting into the details Key Responsibilities: Manage revenue and deferred revenue accountingPrepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and journal entriesSupport month-end close and financial statement preparationReconcile AR subledgers to the general ledgerHandle CapEx/CIP reconciliationsSupport annual audits and internal controlsReview supplier invoices and requisitionsAssist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelingAnalyze business trends and financial dataImprove and automate accounting processesPartner with business leaders and cross-functional teamsPrepare management and quarterly board reportingAssist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
