Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting reports.
- Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Execute month-end and year-end close processes.
- Reconcile bank, cash, credit card, and balance sheet accounts.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Perform budget-to-actual and variance analyses.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, tax preparation support, and audit requests.
- Support capital project accounting and financial reporting.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of general accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS exposure is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.
Pay & Benefits
- Pay Range: $68,000 - $95,000 plus 8-10% bonus.
