Senior Accountant - Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting reports.
  • Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Execute month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Reconcile bank, cash, credit card, and balance sheet accounts.
  • Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
  • Perform budget-to-actual and variance analyses.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, tax preparation support, and audit requests.
  • Support capital project accounting and financial reporting.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3+ years of general accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS exposure is a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.

Pay & Benefits

  • Pay Range: $68,000 - $95,000 plus 8-10% bonus.
