Senior Account Representative - Flexibles

About the role

As the Senior Account Representative, you will develop and lead relationship activities with consumer packaged goods companies, focusing on Flexible Packaging sales in North America that align with customer and TOPPAN Packaging Americas' growth strategies. You will manage day-to-day account activities to deliver a superior customer experience, establish strong relationships across customer teams (commercial, technical, operations, marketing, and supply chain), and provide strategic leadership to drive profitable growth and mutual value.

This is a remote position and must be located in the East Coast area.

Responsibilities

• Protect and build upon existing business positions
• Drive new business opportunities aligned with TOPPAN’s current platform capabilities and beyond to deliver growth
• Develop key relationships cross-functionally and at multiple levels across the customer’s organization and within TOPPAN
• Ensure a high level of service and develop a deep understanding of customers' business needs and strategies
• Gain understanding of the customer’s market and competitive set
• Develop an understanding of TOPPAN’s competitors
• Maintain working knowledge and full compliance with corporate standards for business conduct and Federal anti-trust laws
• Perform other similar and related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading and managing negotiations in large, complex accounts
• Expert-level leadership skills, including the ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with a high level of creativity and agility
