About the role

Lead software development projects from conception to deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and design software solutions.
  • Write clear and efficient code, adhere to coding standards, and participate in code reviews.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure software quality.
  • Debug and resolve production issues, provide technical support, and implement fixes as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
  • Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Skills

  • Proficiency in software development lifecycle processes.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Understanding of security best practices and experience with secure coding techniques.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
