Senior Account Manager, Paid Social (Remote)
Monks is seeking a Senior Account Manager – Paid Social who thrives on developing and executing high-impact paid social advertising strategies for B2C clients. This leadership role is ideal for a data-driven, innovative professional passionate about driving client performance and ROI in a collaborative, fast-paced digital agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact and client channel lead, supporting the larger team across various projects.
- Oversee revenue and retention for managed accounts, including participation in onboardings, renewal calls, and key client communications.
- Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning while analyzing performance data and KPIs.
- Develop weekly client meeting content to track progress toward client goals.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and think creatively to develop innovative tactics that drive results.
- Contribute to projects, process improvements, and roll-outs, including assisting with trainings on new features and services.
- Create and document best practices for paid social advertising.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of direct paid social client management experience, including Meta and TikTok advertising strategy development, execution, and client relationship management.
- Experience analyzing backend sales data to drive business outcomes.
- Proficiency in crunching numbers, analyzing data in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and navigating Excel spreadsheets.
- Strong communication skills for presenting digital marketing strategies to executive audiences.
- Natural leadership ability with a collaborative mindset, focused on helping others succeed.
- Ability to balance detailed execution with big-picture strategy.
- Driven and innovative mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and testing.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in Google Analytics and Pixel integrations.
- Experience with creative reporting platforms such as Motion.
- Direct management of paid social budgets exceeding $100,000 in monthly ad spend.

This role is subject to Monks' Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week, as outlined in the company’s current RTO policy.
Pay
Salary Range: $69,000—$74,000 USD. The final salary offered will be determined based on job-related factors, excluding protected status.
