Senior Account Manager- Mechanical
About the role
The Mechanical Senior Account Manager at Excellerate is responsible for developing and executing account management plans to drive value into key accounts. Key responsibilities include generating early involvement opportunities, maintaining awareness of client opportunities, and managing relations with key customer contacts.
Responsibilities
- Generates early involvement opportunities for Excellerate.
- Participates in developing effective client relations and delivery processes to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintains awareness of client opportunities in the pipeline.
- Has a working knowledge of all Excellerate’s capabilities to share with clients.
- Helps drive success of client while meeting or exceeding FTI corporate goals.
- Understands financial performance of the account and leads strategies to improve all key metrics.
- Works closely with all leaders to ensure effective coordination and integration are occurring.
- Makes sure progress of awarded projects and successful initiatives are monitored to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrates approachability and ability to effectively collaborate and influence others.
- Manages relations with key customer contacts, meeting onsite with customer as needed.
- Oversees the implementation of satellite locations, and coordinates with site leadership to ensure productivity and quality.
- Provides employee coaching and development and writes and delivers employee performance reviews for direct reports.
- Safeguards effective employee relations.
- Maintains all relevant trade licenses and certifications.
- Able to provide customer service and answer questions for internal and external customers.
- Responsible for demonstrating and ensuring all employees are following company policies.
- Trains new employees and identifies deficiencies.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of Excellerate experience preferred or 3-5 years of Mechanical HVAC skidded solutions fabrication operations and/or design & sales.
- Travel: 10-20%
- Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The Mechanical Senior Account Manager works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
