About the role
The AWS Aerospace and Satellite team is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive sales and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closure
- Develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans
- Coordinate with the extended team to support account and territory plans
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
- Accelerate customer adoption and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Manage contract negotiations and develop long-term strategic relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets targeting C-level executives
- Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans
- Experience with government procurement and contracting processes
- Preferred: Experience in the space industry
Qualifications
- Experience driving engagement at the CXO level and with software developers and IT leaders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Exceptionally strong and creative thinker with a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Skills

Pay
Base salary range: $142,800.00 - $193,200.00 USD annually
