About the role

Vetcove is searching for a Senior Account Manager to develop, maintain, and grow relationships with key veterinary hospital consolidators. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to understand the needs of these consolidators and inform both company strategy and product development.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead Vetcove’s corporate accounts strategy
  • Position yourself as a strategic partner to key stakeholders and champions within named accounts
  • Craft narratives and prove customer value through comprehensive business reviews and strategic touch-points
  • Create a roadmap to progress customers towards their specific platform goals, account growth, and overall success with Vetcove
  • Nurture relationships with non-contracted corporate consolidators to ensure they understand Vetcove’s value and fit into their long-term strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years of experience in account management
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven success identifying and developing executive relationships
  • A strong desire to learn and define an emerging function in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the veterinary industry and its consolidation trends
  • Experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to executives and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is: $80,000/year - $150,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Specific ranges may vary by location.

Schedule

Full-time role with flexibility to work remotely within the U.S.
