About the role

The Senior Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for playing a pivotal role in fostering strategic partnerships with standard and “full engagement” clients who seek Nahan’s expertise to drive their overall business initiatives. Oversees project management from job booking through completion and serves as the primary customer contact following job award.

Department: Client Services. Reports To: Manager, Client Services. FLSA Status: Exempt.

Responsibilities

• Lead effective account management, ensuring seamless coordination and communication of projects across multiple facilities.
• Provide
