We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our client's team in Greater Philadelphia. Responsibilities
- Be the Strategic Partner: Own day-to-day relationships, move conversations beyond individual projects, and connect our work to measurable business outcomes.
- Drive Account Growth: Spot opportunities to expand partnerships organically, tackle unmet needs, and collaborate on proposals and scopes.
- Lead & Align: Act as the central bridge between clients and our internal strategy, creative, digital, and leadership teams.
- Anticipate Needs: Look around corners, challenge assumptions thoughtfully, and bring fresh ideas and trends to your clients before they ask.
Requirements
- 5+ years of account management or client services experience within an advertising, marketing, digital, branding, or integrated agency environment.
- A natural relationship builder who is confident presenting to and advising senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and a proactive mentality.
- Experience navigating scoping conversations, budgets, and timelines with tact and confidence.
- Must be local to the Philadelphia area and excited to collaborate with clients and colleagues in person.
Pay
$80-100k
