Senior Account Executive - US-Based

About the role

Elevate Teams is scaling toward $100MM and seeks a builder to join our team. The ideal candidate wakes up thinking about building relationships and treats deals as essential.

Responsibilities

• Sell relief to independent P&C insurance agency owners and producers, helping them manage administrative tasks.
• Showcase the value of being a core team member, not just an outsourced service.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, engaging with existing contacts and identifying new opportunities.
• Closely track and manage your pipeline, ensuring it is self-sustaining and aligned with company goals.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Close deals within the specified timeframe, meeting or exceeding your targets.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Proven ability to close deals independently.
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its challenges.
• Ability to handle rejection and turn it into motivation.
• Passion for helping others succeed in their businesses.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Benefits

• Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000.
• Total OTE ranging from $120,000 to $200,000.
