About the Agency

Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis is a leading global communications agency built to navigate the complexities of a hyper-connected world. We represent the icons and innovators shaping culture—from global heritage corporations and high-growth tech startups to non-profits, creative legends, and visionary founders who define the global discourse. Our expertise spans the full cultural spectrum, operating at the intersection of entertainment, social impact, corporate reputation, and consumer lifestyle. We execute seamlessly across traditional media, social-first outlets, brand partnerships, and influencer ecosystems. Whether navigating complex crisis management, elevating advocacy campaigns, or launching global consumer brands, we are storytellers at our core.

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, high-energy Senior Account Executive to join our Talent and Influencer Integration team in New York. This role is ideal for a modern storyteller with about 4-5 years of experience who understands that in 2026, a brand’s cultural relevance is forged through a mix of high-level talent prestige and digital-first creator communities. You are a go-getter with a sharp blend of EQ and IQ, capable of managing the daily needs of global brands while thinking creatively about their place in the social zeitgeist. You don’t just follow influencers; you understand the mechanics of the creator economy and how content moves through the social ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Integrated Strategy Execution: Execute comprehensive communications strategies for both earned and paid influencer campaigns, aligning creator voices with brand objectives to drive genuine engagement.
  • Content and Briefing Mastery: Produce and edit materials including creative briefs, talent contracts, client memos, and briefing notes, ensuring all documents are client-ready and reflect a deep understanding of project goals.
  • The Cultural Radar: Act as the team’s eyes and ears by monitoring news cycles for daily breaks and pop culture moments that clients can leverage through influencer partnerships.
  • Account Stewardship: Partner with senior leaders to achieve deliverables for a full roster of 4–6 clients, handling requests with efficiency, professional poise, and precision.
  • Event Leadership: Assist in planning and executing talent-focused events and influencer activations, providing on-site support and managing talent logistics in real-time.
  • Mentorship and Training: Proactively mentor and teach junior staff, sharing industry knowledge to help build the next generation of talent experts.
  • Relationship Driven: Lead by example in treating co-workers, partners, and media with trust and integrity in every interaction.

Requirements

  • The Creator Expert: 4+ years of experience in talent and influencer relations, with a documented track record of executing campaigns from strategy to completion. Confidence in conducting outreach to high-level talent reps.
  • Platform Fluent: Deep awareness of the latest trends across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms, with a pulse on up-and-coming creators and how to leverage their unique audiences.
  • A Meticulous Writer: Fast, persuasive, and detail-oriented, able to translate complex brand messages into clear, compelling social briefs or creator pitches.
  • High EQ: Strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness, with the confidence to voice opinions in brainstorms and make decisions in high-pressure environments.
  • Exceptionally Organized: Unmatched research and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously without missing details or deadlines.
  • Driven to Over-Deliver: Takes pride in exceeding expectations and is energized by meaningful work.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with teams across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Previous experience using influencer research tools like Julius, Celebrity Intelligence, or IMDb Pro.
  • Experience in integrated PR or brand integration, combining entertainment with social good.
