Senior Account Executive – Recruitment

We are a rapidly growing remote staffing company based in Los Angeles, California, seeking a driven, experienced Senior Account Executive – Recruitment to own the full sales cycle and close deals. This is a 100% inbound sales role—no cold calling—where you will run real sales conversations from day one with a full pipeline provided.

Compensation

Base Salary: $3,000 per month

On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $6,000 – $10,000 USD+

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled sales calls over Google Meet using our pitch deck.
• Manage the full pipeline in GoHighLevel—from booked meeting to closed deal.
• Follow up consistently with prospects until they convert or are closed out.
• Own your numbers and process end‑to‑end.
• Participate in daily team trainings and coaching sessions to continuously level up.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven closing experience (non‑negotiable).
• Executive presence – confident, clear communicator who can drive a call to a decision.
• Tech‑savvy – experience managing a pipeline with a CRM (GoHighLevel is a strong plus).
• Driven & organized – self‑managed, disciplined with follow‑up and pipeline hygiene.
• Growth mindset – coachable, team‑oriented, hungry, and committed to constant improvement.
