What You’ll Do
- Drive Revenue: Consistently surpass annual targets by engaging multiple stakeholders and departments across large enterprises.
- Lead Sourcing: Identify and close new prospects, creating opportunities for business growth.
- Product Demonstrations and Custom Solutions: Deliver compelling demonstrations and tailor solutions to unique client needs.
- 360 Responsibility: Manage the entire sales journey, from building a pipeline to closing deals and maintaining relationships.
- Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales opportunities and track key metrics.
- Utilize Sales Platforms: Efficiently manage and grow business using tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lemlist.
- Attend Industry Events: Build in-person connections and run events to expand your network.
- Travel: Meet with prospects at their offices frequently (every 4-6 weeks).
Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience winning net-new logos with a strong track record of success in SaaS sales.
- Experience closing large, complex software deals across multi-layered businesses and diverse industries.
- Building meaningful relationships with customers, gaining their trust by understanding their business problems and opportunities.
- Confidently using creative levers and compelling incentives to drive opportunities to close within a fiscal period.
- Utilizing sales methodologies such as The Challenger Sale and The Sales Acceleration Formula.
