Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Manage day-to-day relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and service quality
  • Uncover new business, distribution, and service opportunities
  • Support the implementation of new business opportunities, program enhancements, and strategic solutions
  • Oversee client implementations and ongoing program changes
  • Monitor service performance, key business metrics, and revenue goals
  • Prepare and lead client Business Reviews
  • Analyze program performance and financial results
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of client and business arrangement data
  • Manage contracting and re-contracting activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience driving growth through insurance agency sales, marketing, and account development
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience building long-term relationships with clients and providing solutions based on business needs

Location Requirements

Preferred residency in North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Delaware, or Kentucky.

Travel Requirement
