Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Manage day-to-day relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and service quality
- Uncover new business, distribution, and service opportunities
- Support the implementation of new business opportunities, program enhancements, and strategic solutions
- Oversee client implementations and ongoing program changes
- Monitor service performance, key business metrics, and revenue goals
- Prepare and lead client Business Reviews
- Analyze program performance and financial results
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of client and business arrangement data
- Manage contracting and re-contracting activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience driving growth through insurance agency sales, marketing, and account development
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience building long-term relationships with clients and providing solutions based on business needs

Location Requirements
Preferred residency in North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Delaware, or Kentucky.
Travel Requirement
Up to 40% travel required
